Quality Rehabilitation To Keep You Moving
Falls are not an inevitable part of ageing. With the right assessment and targeted physiotherapy, the risk of falling can be significantly reduced, and confidence with movement can be restored.
Overview
Falls are one of the leading causes of injury, loss of independence, and hospital admission in older adults. For many people, a single fall — or even the fear of falling — can have a profound impact on confidence, mobility, and quality of life. The good news is that falls are not an inevitable part of ageing. With the right assessment and targeted physiotherapy, the risk of falling can be significantly reduced, and confidence with movement can be restored.
Falls prevention and elderly rehabilitation are at the core of Physio Assist's work. Our lead clinician has extensive NHS experience in this field, working in community rapid response teams, intermediate care units, hospital at home services, and specialist falls prevention services across the UK.
