Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book directly with us for a home physiotherapy visit — no GP referral needed. If you're claiming through health insurance, check whether your policy requires pre-authorisation before your first appointment.

How much does a home visit cost?

Our initial assessment starts from £75 and follow-up sessions from £60, with a small supplement for evening or weekend appointments. See our full pricing page for details, or get in touch for a quote for your postcode.

Is physiotherapy covered by my insurance?

We're registered with a number of major private health insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, Simplyhealth and Vitality. Please check your policy for physiotherapy cover and any pre-authorisation your insurer requires before booking.

How long is a physiotherapy appointment?

Initial assessments are up to an hour; follow-up sessions are usually 45–60 minutes. This covers assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise guidance, and advice for you and your family — unhurried, and paced to what you can manage comfortably on the day.

Do you visit care homes?

Yes, we regularly provide physiotherapy visits to residents in care homes. We ask that families discuss this with the care home manager first, and we're happy to work around meal times and personal care routines when scheduling.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Leeds and cover the surrounding West Yorkshire area, including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Harrogate and Halifax. Not sure if we reach your postcode? Get in touch and we'll let you know.

Can a family member or carer be there during the appointment?

Yes, and it's often helpful. Family members and carers are welcome to stay, ask questions, and learn how to support movement and exercises between sessions.
