We're registered with a number of major private health insurers. Please check your policy for physiotherapy cover and any pre-authorisation needed before your visit.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay before or after the visit?
Payment is taken at the end of each visit, by card or bank transfer. For insurance-funded treatment, we bill your insurer directly where possible.
Do you require insurance pre-authorisation?
Most insurers require pre-authorisation before treatment starts. We'll help confirm this with you, but it's worth checking your policy documents beforehand too.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a visit. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
Are there any extra travel charges?
Prices already include travel across most of Leeds and West Yorkshire. For addresses further out, get in touch and we'll confirm any small adjustment before booking.
Do you offer block bookings or care home rates?
Yes — get in touch and we'll put together a tailored quote for a course of sessions, or for regular visits to a care home.
